Question About OEM Injectors

What should they flow at? I had mine flow tested.

Denso Injectors
195500-2460 and 224 24

Low Flow
#1 - 141cc
#2 - 142cc
High Flow
#3 - 215cc
#4 - 216cc

Are these good results?

Primaries 550cc, secondaries 850cc. If the car seems to run fine. Those tested numbers are inaccurate. However, it seems your injectors are almost identical between the pairs so thats good. What exactly does hi and low flow mean? What pressures were they tested at?

Here are the full notes from the injector cleaning place:

Spray pattern matched, leak test passed at 3 BAR.

Low Flow
#1 - 141cc 53.64 lbs/hr
#2 - 142cc 54.01 lbs/hr
High Flow
#3 - 215cc 81.79 lbs/hr
#4 - 216cc 82.17 lbs/hr

I was looking to replace them if the results didn't turn out good.

52 lbs/hr is 550cc and 85 lbs/hr is 850cc.

Looks like those cc readings are off. If i'm not mistaken our readings are taken cc/min.

Thanks for the help guys. Those readings do seem off, anybody know where they could get those numbers? Not a big deal I hope. The 7 was running fine before I took out the injectors. Never got secondary's online though.

Sounds like you need to have yours cleaned and re-flow tested, and possibly blue-printed.

WitchHunter does good work.

The time period is probably off. As thewird said, the lbs/hour ratings transfer correctly to cc/min. So they likely sprayed for some fraction of a minute for whatever reason.
