Hmmmmm? I dont know, I have a Bonez DP and RX7store MP. Not sure whats up then? Maybe just bend the hangers a bit, I had to play with mine a bit, adjusting the bracket, pushing/pulling on hanger mounts, etc.

Thats about exactly how mine sits. You have the same, non-rolled tip as mine too.

RP Race-only Exhaust by Greddy

The ultimate exhaust, specifically built for the rigors of drag racing, featured on our own race car. Built to our specs by GReddy, this exhaust features 3.75" inside diameter construction throughout, a V-band flange for quick changes, standard 3" 2-bolt flange on the inlet side to ensure perfect fitment with any quality downpipe, and the highest flow of any exhaust system. This system also comes with a silenced mid-pipe with no catalytic converter. Note: this system is for off-road/racing use only.
this is the exhaust i was looking into...but my car is a ways from being at this stage.

Possibly, it had the burnt, rolled tip though. I never saw the piping so maybe he lied... I dunno. But it was REALLY loud and deep. No cat or resonator is what he told me. I swear the tip was bigger than mine, but maybe I am just mistaken since I don't see mine often =(

is the greddy Ti pretty loud using stock cat? i saw a clip in the exhaust thread using greddy Ti and a DP, and it didnt seem to be too loud. i really like the idea of the flow and the weight, but i hate crazy loud exhaust....it just seems to ruin the car experience. what do you guys think?

So the OP's question was still not answered, anyone know what is the inner diameter of the Greddy Ti muffler section? That is this...

Can some post a pic or diagram of the way the bracket is supposed to fit. I'm baffled.

nvrmnd. I had to swap passenger side rubber hanger to one without the quarter panel bumper and really hamfist the thing on there. I found it easier to put the rubber hangers on the greddy bracket first. Again, bracket bolt/nut goes on the passenger side. I put the drivers side hanger on first and slided it all the way up the arm. Then I really had to stretch the passenger side rubber hanger on there.

It’s been years since I hung mine. But yes check origination of hanger, I also had to play around with mine and as stated above put the donuts on the hanger first. I was lucky to get one of the first units in the US and have the straight cut tip. Also hanger is S.S. not Ti bend if you must but first make sure you have it the right way around. If you have the rolled tip and don’t like it cut it back.
I love this muffler, extremely high quality, very light, quieter than what it replaced but with a nice sound. I never did a dyno w and w/o session where that was the only change but know from seat pants that I gained.
