Question about dual EGT gauge setup ???

Found this the other day and was wondering if it could be usefull on my FC. It's a dual EGT gauge from KOSO. Koso make performance parts for snowmobiles. Here's a link with some info: http://www.team2powersports.com/Dual.../bd04-0223.htm. They offer 2 different types of probes. Standard and fast probes, basically standard probes react slower than the fast probes but are 30$ more expensive.

I have a custom made manifold with egt bungs already welded on. Just wondering if anyone has ever used this dual EGT setup or does everyone here use the trusty pineapple racing dual egt kit ? Or is it because it's made for snowmobiles that no one here would trust this or wanna try this at all ?

i'd prolly go with a more renown maker of gauges that are more reliable cuz when it comes to tuning you want to have the most accurate logging capabilities.

check out this thread.

i just installed the koso dual guage setup, havn't used it yet but i think it will be fine. i used the cheaper probes as the quick response ones have an open tip that if it ever burnt off would go thru the turbos. this is a very high quality gauge in the world of snowmobiles, we use them on sled tuning all the time so i'll try it in my fd. will be up & running in about a month, i'll post back on it.

Thank you baggedoutmazda. Please post back with some feedback. I wanna buy this and install it on my FC but I need someone to tell me their experience first. It would be greatly appreciated.
