question about 99+ turbos?

ive searched and found some info but no diffinitive answear to this basic question at least in the searching ive done so far. my car is stock and i need new turbos, would the 99+ turbos just bolt up and work fine? or is there more to it? i know the efini y pipe is probably needed, but is there anything else. if its considerably more complicated just tell me and ill search for the info on doing it but i was just hoping to get a simple yes(or if its something really simple it would be nice) or no.

From what I've read they bolt right in. So I guess the answer would be "yes" lol.

They bolt right up. But when you tear the car apart there's going to be other stuff that's broken so you're going to spend a bit of money.
