Anyone know the Mazda part number for the 99+ spec efini turbos from Japan?

I searched but no luck

They also have a stamped HT12-3B on the turbo housings and have a black plastic abradable inside that the turbine "rubs"against (zero clearance).

Efini turbos and 99+ turbos are not the same thing.
