question about 3G engines

question about 3G engines

if buying a new one or having a shop replace one, does the new engine come with the turbos already on the engine or is it sold sepretely.thanks

if you buy a new engine you just get the block. unless you get a JDM block sometimes they come with the turbos. assume just the block though
