purolator fuel filter vs. mazda fuel filter

Is the only difference the price? I think id much rather pay $14.99 as opposed to $70.00. Can anyone talk me out of the purolator.

I've used the Purolator fuel and air filters for years with good results.

I have replaced one Purolator with a new Purolator already (change it every year). I cut open the old one and it had crud in it, so all I can say is it at least caught some of the stuff
