Pulling leaking oil pan any tips?

Well im finally going to dive in and try and fix my oil leak. Seems the oil pan is leaking. Im going to try and pull the pan without removing the subframe based on the write up in 3rd gen archive. Has any body used this method? How did it work out? my last question my rebuild only has about 500 miles on it but im not sure if they did the motor mounts at that time. Should I replace them while im down there? if so are the bitch to do? Thanks

I pulled the subframe when i did mine. I was pretty easy but i did it on a rack. My first suggestion is to make sure its a oil pan leak. I was sure it was the oil pan leaking and i did the gasket and cleaned everything. The next day I ran the car and found out it was the front cover leaking right above the pan where the oil cooler lines connect.
