Proper cold idle?

Can anyone tell me what a cold FD should idle at if the fast warmup system is disabled?

My car idles at around 900 cold, then drops to 750 when warm. I have a PFC.

My PFC is set to idle at 950 but it starts at 1750 or so when cold. I wonder if I should adjust the TB?

You say you have your PFC set to idle at 950, but what is it actually idling at warm?

Just took the car for a short drive. I was mistaken about my initial idle. When I start the car it idles around 1200 for a short time. Then it drops to 900 until fully warm, and then 750.

Both I as well as other people have stated about how difficult it can be to get the pfc to idle correctly compared to other ecu's. Not sure if anything was figured out, but I went with adaptronics pnp and haven't looked back.

Turns out I had forgotten to warm the car up when I adjusted my throttle cable. It was cranking at 2000 but now it cranks at 1700, which I think is about the right number.

Make sure to hold the fast idle cam back when you adjust the throttle cable.
