Problems!! HKS Turbo Timer

Hey guys....
I am not sure if this suppose to happen after you install the HKS turbo timer Type-0. After I installed the turbo time which disabled my stock alarm. So everytime I lock the door my alarm stays off. And also everytime I open the door (either one) it makes the "BEEP BEEP" sound....which is only suppose to happen when you left the key in the ignition. Can someone please help me out with this? THank you!!

did you do this with the battery hooked up ? ? ? ? I've had the HKS type-O in my car and it didn't disable the stock alarm. I now have the Apexi and nothing is different. I used the FD specific wirring adapter and onece the car stops running the alarm arms it self just like it should. Not sure what you did.

May be a bad unit. Wouldn't be the first time. If it turns out that way let me know I still have the one I swapped out of my car that was working fine let me know if you need one pay for shipping and I'll send it to you, if it fixes the problem make up the difference of $40 shipped.

Be smart, and get rid of it. You don't need it, and it will always be an extra souce of potential failure. Turbo timers are for kids that don't know any better.
