Hi
This is my first rebuild and single turbo rx7 97
My car now with stock fuel
But it is back fire after 2000rpm
What should i do?
Also 2 sensor not run now ifter rebuild
1-add coolant level sensor
2-the coolant guage not work
Only beeeeeeeeeeeeb beside add coolant in the guage

First thing you need to do is connect the black single wire plugs together behind the power steering pump, that should stop the low coolant buzzer. Most people with this problem make the mistake of connecting it to the white connector which is the A/C.
The 2000 rpm thing could be just about anything that was done wrong, from crossed plug wires to injectors.

Cleaning the fuel tank is a good idea but the injectors are also sensitive to long periods of disuse. If you can find a shop that does injector ultrasonic cleaning that is very effective service.

the car cuts out and misfires when i quickly accelerate and it reaches around 4000 rpm.
slowly the rev passes the 4000 in neutral but if i'm acceleration fast it backfire

I have tuned stock ecu from REamemiya
tuned for 1,05 bar max
You need to be very careful...
Stock/chipped ecu and a single turbo is just asking for a blown motor....
check the two timing sensors on the front of the engine, you may have mixed the two plugs up, or the spark plug wires are not in the correct position.

The turbo is not connected to wastegate all the pressure will go to exhaust not to

Situations like this is exactly how the rotary engine gets a bad reputation... Major modification without the proper supporting mods. 1.05Bar on the stock twins (what the REA ecu is tuned for) is VERY different than 1.05Bar the GT35R will produce. I know you said it is not putting boost into the engine, but why even turn the car over until you have it properly setup?
You need to step back through your install process and double check everything. Are the crank sensors properly connected? Are the coils firing properly? Coils connected properly? Spark plugs good and connected properly? Good Spark plug wires? Are the injectors firing properly? Are they free of debris? Is the fuel filter new(if not replace it)? Is the wiring harness in good shape and connected properly to all of the accessories in the engine bay? Are the engine harness ground wires connected well?
Like Karack just mentioned, you need to first see if your ecu is throwing codes. Pull those and it may narrow down your search.
Is there a quick and easy way to go about this? NO. Only three things are going to effect the combustion process 1)fuel 2) air 3) spark. It has to be a system related to those items.

The first thing after i change the fuel pump, i will change the fuel filter, what another filter can i use? No parts in mazda factory for Rx7 i should waiting more than two weeks to get the part from US to Kuwait.
Second. The wiring harness is good but the big problem is , it is different from the US spec it is 97 new rats nest and different plugs, this forum help the US more than the jdm spec.
Third. Can i use any diagnosis system for codes?

It can be difficult enough getting problems sorted out and finding parts in places where there are lots of rotarys. I can only imagine how difficult it must be in Kuwait!

is it ground wire ? or what? plz? any thing will help me to search

I will run apexi pfc , also for thin new ecu (my ecu different than model 93-95)
If the car was sitting for one year you will most likely have problems with the injectors as already mentioned.
the (stock) injectors on these cars like to get stuck, even sitting around a few weeks they can have problems.
Remove all the old sequential system, that will give you a lot of room to work on other issues.
Get your fuel system sorted out (upgraded fuel pump, replace fuel filter, get the primary injectors cleaned, get some ID 2000 secondaries and a secondary fuel rail).
Check your ignition system (plugs, wires, coils, ignition harness, starter)
Install block off plates where needed.
Make sure everything is plugged in correctly.
Get a power FC and plug it in.
Now you can start testing the install and get it tuned. Like mentioned above, there are no shortcuts. Put in and test each system one at a time, you're going at it backwards.

Even though your harness is for the later series, it is set up VERY similar. Some of the wire colors changed, and of coarse the new ecu.
^This is how to pull the codes. Write down the flashing codes (# times the CEL flashes) and then do a search for what they mean.
