Problem need help (car won't start)

I recently broke the bolts that hold up the ppf so i couldnt drive the car i waited til i got paid and bought the bolts well i waited about two weeks cause of work and just being lazy. Well it was a nice day and i decided to put the bolts and nuts on when i tried to start the car to move it to the garage it would start to crank but wouldnt start and the more i tried the more it sounded lower and lower til it just went click click I waited like an hour and tried again and it started to turn then got lower again the went to click click again. I dont know what the problem is I have had this happen before but after a few tries it starts it wont start this time. Can some one please help me

Sounds like your battery's gone. Did you try to jump-start it?

If you are lucky, jump start will get it going.
My guess is you have a loaded up combustion chamber, like with oil fouling on the plug and all.
Read the threads on unflooding, like tiger18 says.
When this happened to me, the battery tested bad; and the battery selling mechanic said the Rx was sensitive to low voltage for getting a start. I think it was mostly loading.
The mechanic cleared the loaded engine by using starter fluid via a nipple on the intake and then cranking for about three minutes until running smoothly.
