What do you mean connected the gnd and ten? If I'm not mistaken that's to check for ecu error codes, wouldn't do anything for idle....... We need more info, what was the last major or tune up type of thing have you done? I had similar issue at first with my power fc but was able to take away some fuel where my car would normally idle.

I had the same problem and i turned out to be my primary coils were bad. The poor car was only running on the secondaries. Also the car felt sluggish, either way I've check for spark.

Oh, you know what, I had a problem with a pulsing idle like that for a while. What happened is the power FC was tuned with the AWS valve disconnected. I, like an idiot, reconnected it at one point and had a high reving pulsing idle. Check to make sure your electronics are right

That is running very rich. Who tuned it?
Have you opened the sensor check screen in the hand controller and checked that all sensor signals are as they should be? Oxygen sensor wire connected and unbroken? TPS online and adjusted correctly? Coolant sensor OK?
There's a bunch of things that could contribute to this. You'll have to work through the options one by one.
Very colorful car you have there... Silver vacuum chamber tank is pretty groovy man :p
If everything checks out sensor-wise, and its just a poor tune, you need to go back to a dyno and get it tuned properly.
Also, can we get some specs on what has been done to the car- is it stock sequential system, PFC, how many miles on this engine, etc.. Just some more info to try and help you and understand your situation a bit more.

Yes, you need that sensor. That exhaust sensor is the oxygen sensor. Put it back..
You also cant run the sensor check on the stock ECU. You must use the Power FC's Hand Controller to see all the sensors together and see if they are giving you signals or not.
Dont worry about the idle valve for now. Get your exhaust oxygen sensor back in the car and see what happens
