Problem with Engine

I have a 93 Mazda Rx-7 R1, and my engine is acting like it is missing. About a week ago i flooded the car because i didnt let it warm up, and i didnt change the plugs, but the car ran fine, but today i got my oil changed and when i started the car it just started missing really bad, it even killed out. So im guessing the spark plugs finallly fouled out, but my air/fuel ratio gauge said i was running really rich, it has never ran too rich before until now. I watched the people change my oil so i know they didnt screw with anything. But what do you guys think, could it be a fouled plug or something worse. And my car is modifed really well, that my have something to do with it . Thanks

Check the Map (BOOST) Sensor on the firewall. Make sure you didn't knock the vacuum lines off of it.

It's just above the oil filter - small black box, says "boost sensor", has a vaccum line with an in-line filter going to it. It's VERY easy to knock the stock rubber vacuum line off the sensor when changing the oil filter, which makes the car run like crap.
