car is very hard to start, but once i get it runnin it will run and idle fine. it wont rev over 5000 rpm. has any one ran into this, 93 fd auto

 

Is the car stock or does it have any mods?

Have you checked for stored ECU codes?

 

tps, fuel thermo, all stock

 

If you are getting the code for the fuel thermosensor, then the car is probably going into limp mode which is causing your issues. I'm not for certain if the TPS code will give you limp mode or not.

You need to fix the ECU codes first.
