okay guys i need to do a pressure test for my coolant system... anyone know how to do this shizznit? and what do i need in order to complete it... what should i look for when doing one and how much does it usually cost... i need to fix the coolant leak from one of the hoses on my FD but i dont know where it's comming from... so please any advice to do this cost effectively will be greatly appreciated...

a pressure tester. any shop will do it.

 

here is the cheapest way to do the radiator pressure test. Stick your mouth onto the radiator opening (make sure you have drained out the coolent first) and blow out as hard as you can into the radiator and see if theres any leak.

That would cost you almost nothin =)

i dont think your gonan test much like that, i blew into a boost gauge once, i think i could make somewhere around 2 psi.. :P
