yesterday my oil gauge light came on they went off when i hit bumps continued doin it last night. This mornign started my car drove it on to my driveway and washed it...after the wash started it and it sounded like **** went up to bout 700 rpms stayed then died did the exact same thign the second time put it in gear and pushed the gas down a little and died. Now, it just won't start it crank but won't start only thing i could think of is oil pressure...did the EGI fuse thing didn't work any suggestions..or is my engine fux0rz..??

did you check your oil level?

the oil light comes on if you are running low on oil.....and running too long with little oil could be very bad news.

Check my Oil level seemed it was above low about middle of the rod...i was just about to go get an oil change anyway. but oh well....ill try the flodded thing if not ill just buy another FD

how often are you changing your oil? should be about 500-1k miles. and why would you go and get one, why dont you try doing one? its very easy and if you cant handle this... perhpas this isnt the car for you
