Oh man pre auto....

Here's a pic of my car

First I'll list what I like:

I like the look of them and how it updates my car, how they fit, the lighting they provide those H9 projectors are 500% better than the stock bulbs, the wiring harness that I paid extra for (just plug and play), the THICKER polycarbonate lense that I paid extra for as well, the fact that I had to cut the frame very little and can always go back to stock without any major issues.

The dislikes:

The stock mounting hardware, the hardware provided was extremely cheap and flimsy. When I first intalled these lights they were on and fit good but it was very disapointing given how it lacked sturdiness. You'd push on the lights and the whole thing would move that made the kit extremely crappy. I fixed that issue by paying a body shop lots of $$ to reengineer the bracket system and incorporate it into the lights. The end result is a rock hard assembly that will not budge when pushed on (as if were stock).

The clear covers. These were the most dissapointing aspect of them all. It was this cheap *** (lexan?) Let's see if can describe it for you guys.... You know when you buy model cars at the store, they come in a box and have this clear plastic "window" so you can see what it looks like without opening. That is the exact consistensy of the clear covers. Yeah... screams cheapo... I called up Chris and he said that he had some thicker lenses. I bought those and NOW I'm perfectly happy.

Since I overcame those issues. I am very happy with my kit. Aesthetics wise, I like it... But it's not a forum favorite (I can tell close to 500 views on my album and I gotten less than 6 compliments on it ) I haven't gotten flamed for it, maybe because the car has a very clean look over all? lol

Edit- Would I had gotten them again? not sure I spent a lot of money to get to be were they should had been. But this was my thought process when I made the purchase:

Rotary extreme- not a fan of how they look. Close to RE amemiya's but not quite there. + you have to cut the frame

RE Amemiya's- pure sex, have to cut the frame though and lots of $$$

EVO-R- now this kit really grew on me. But that damnlighting... I cant justify putting a light kit that does not improve the already horrid stock lighting

C-West- looks ok but also has lighting issues given that those are only driving lights.

Knightsports is pure win IMO. Just $$$
