The ppf is the last thing I would probably suspect. Here are some more likely suspects:
Bushings/pillow-*****
Motor Mounts
Rear-end mount Bushings

Plus 1 for the Diff mount bushings.

I will try to explain my situation as best I can.
I was warming up my car and drove it around my neighborhood for a bit. Got into boost then went for a small cruise. While going down the road suddenly a repeated clunking sound occurred. The sound does change with the cars rate of speed. It also slightly shakes the wheel.
It was loud enough that I would think people walking on the sidewalk could definitely hear it.

If you get it up in the air, a catastrophic failure of the ppf should be visible. Take a flashlight and look real good. I would also check your wheel bearings.

There are reinforced options for the ppf, but they're not readily available or require shipping it out for modification. You'd be better off getting a new stock ppf, which are fairly common. The first one lasted 20yrs, right?

It sounds like you broke something other then the frame. As it was said maybe your diff mounts let go or a u-joint in the drive shaft.

I am curious on how you reinforced your PPF.

Thank you to everyone who gave me advice on this.
I went through and got all New bushings in the rear end. (Diff mounts, pillowball, end links) and whatdya know when I play with the drive shaft I get a ton of play and find that the u joints are complete crap.
Ordering the New drive shaft tomorrow and she'll be back on the road in no time! 👍🔧
