Some must have the car yelling at them and some only need it to whisper

ive not driven an fd without the ps. however before my fd i ran an 89 supercharged mr2 with no ps. my first impression of my fd was that the steering is a little numb...well my first impression was HOLY FRIGGEN HELL HOLD ON JASON HOLD ON!!!...but after i calmed down that was my thought.
perhaps the above yelling analogy is good...but its been common thought since i have had this car that the power assist leaves for a mushy feel of the road.
like sex with a condom.
