Hallo all !

Im new on the forum and have a problem whit my Rx-7. When i start the car it takes 2 min and then i start to get a strange sound every time i turn left and right. The sound comes from the Power steering motor. I have put new oil in but dident help.
Any one hade the same problem ?? Plz help me

And were can i buy a new IDLE Pulley from internet ?

are you 100% sure it is coming from the PS pump? IF you have replaced the fluid in it already and verified it is topped off the next course of action would be to replace the pump.

Why do you need an idle pulley? Just curious if that could be causing your problem as well.

 

Yep its the pump that makes the sound. Were can i find a new pump on the internet ?
And whit the IDLE pulley thing is becouse i get a dry sound from it when it spin. Its like a blowing sound. Well anyway im looking to replace all pulleys whit new ones but hafto find it first.
Its very hard to get new stuff to the car here in Sweden. So hafto order all the time.

 

Damn dude, i have my p/s stuff sitting in a croner of my garage. I'd sell it to ya but shipping it to Sweden is probably not really cost effective for you. I'm sure the pump itself is good but either the resevoir or the line has a leak. The pulley is good also.
