i was wondering what i might have to do here are the symptoms
brakes feel not as responsive
Power steering feels not responsive too
Clutch is kinda hard
do any of you know how to fix this??

non-responsive brakes means what? Soft pedal, low stopping power, or...?
Hard clutch: is it notchy, or hard to press? Do you have an aftermarket heavy-duty clutch?
Power steering is a totally separate system - what do you mean by unresponsive?

the brakes feel squishy and it dose not seem to want to stop as well
the clutch is fine Im just used to my honda
I thought the powersteering might use the same fluid as brakes ?? maybe its low

I would recommend finding a trustworthy mechanic, because it seems you're in over your head here. If you want to work on this car yourself, first you should take a basic auto shop class. Most high schools teach it, as do most community colleges.
I'm not saying this to be a jerk. These engine bays are not exactly easy to work in, you don't want the 3rd Gen to be your 'trial run' at shadetree mechanic work.
