Power FC & idle Adjustment - Oem procedure?
Let me start by saying that I've done my fair share of searching. Most of the results I've come across are either dead links from clubrx, or members having issues with idle due to a removed ISC, or trying to get the Power FC to go through its learning procedure.
My issue is, (1995 JDM car) when warm, my idle is about 250 rpm off. According to the commander it peaks at about 1024 rpm. Am I still able to adjust the idle by jumpering the TEN+GND and moving the adjustment screw on the car when warm? Or does having the PFC present necessitate a different procedure? Car is entirely stock with the exception of a cat back.

Most likely you have a mechanical problem, not a PowerFC problem.

i've found the PFC is much happier when it can hit its targets, the car runs way better. with mine i had to unplug the ISC, and turn off the idle feedback to find that it runs at like 780rpm. so when you turn all that stuff back on, and have the idle set to 730rpm, its unhappy, but if i set it to 800rpm it hits that rpm exactly. you want to make sure the throttle cable is not too tight, and also that the thermowax is actually clicking off (mine would stick sometimes). then the AAS should be turned all the way in, gently and then back out about a half turn.
the other adjustments on the throttle body get fiddly quickly, they kind of need to be done in order and the throttle stop and TPS interact with each other, so if you can avoid touching them, its good

You have to verify no vacuum leaks first. there are a lot of tips in this thread I made years ago. https://www.rx7club.com/3rd-generati...needed-841706/
