Power FC ?

I have secured a low mileage 99 JDM motor? I replaced my ECU with a Power FC which was in my previous motor which was 93. Will my Power FC hook up with the new motor? I heard the pin connections on the ECU are different between the two years. Any help would be appreciated.

Can I ask where did you get a 99-01 PFC? Are they hard to find?
I assume this is a series 5 ECU?

Thanks for your help BTW
