Smile Post-Jacking Issue

Installing my new exhaust last night, I jacked the car up near the rear passenger wheel and then moved to the other side to lift the rear driver's side.

After finishing up, I noticed that the car now sits higher over the right rear tire by about 1-2 inches as compared to the other three. I've gotten in the car and tried to settle the suspension, but no luck. Haven't been out for a drive yet, and hopefully that will solve the problem once I take a few bumps.

Question is, what would cause the suspension to bind on that side? I've begun hearing the typical rear clunk on acceleration and sometimes decel from that area of the car, so I'm guessing a bushing might be going bad, but I wanted to know where to start looking, or if anyone else ever had this problem.

Drive it first before you get scared. Jacking any car and dropping it doesn't let the suspension settle because of tire friction on the ground binding the suspension. That is why you see guys in the paddock at race tracks rolling cars back and forth as they check alignments (or they use turn plates).
