Possible clutch problem ?
I have like about 5K miles on my new clutch, it was changed completely with bearings pressure plate, including a 9.5lb fly. also.
Here's the question:
If I drive in traffic (which is very common here in NYC) for more than 8-10 min. it get little harder and feels like a on-off switch when I press on it and let go, it even makes slight click in the midle.
What the heck it could be, any clue ?????
Thanks,
John Gazivoda.

Did you inspect the shift fork for cracks? They are pretty famouse for cracking and causing problems. Maybe try pulling the inspection cover and have someone push the clutch thru its motion. ( While you watch the action thru the inspection hole)
Also the clip that locks the TO bearing into the PP may have been damaged and could be catching causing the noise.
So far those are my thoughts.
