Porting Waste Gate & Completing Non-Seq
Pic number 3 is the wastegate. But you will have to seperate the primary housing from the rest of it and remove the turo assembly from the turbo housing to bore it out.
As for the turbo control...(the one still in the manifold) you can just disconnect the vacum line going to the actuator that controls it and the gate should be open by default. (considering that you dont have time to pull it out) It will restrict exhaust very slightly and may increase spool time.

the exhaust manifold (on the car still right) is the turbo control = remove and plug
pic #2 is the pre control = weld this one 90% open
pic #3 is the wastegate = bore this one out to 1.24"
