Popping, bogging w/PMC

Help!!! Disconnected my PFS PMC, ran the car for a day, then reconnected the pmc. In the meantime, I changed my plugs (NGK 9's). Old plugs looked tan in color, w/ 4k miles on them. With my pmc connected it pops almost like a very mild backfire and bucks uncontrollably at anything over 1/4 throttle. It happens at every rpm, but is insanely worse at 4.5k rpm. I can't run my mods w/o my computer, but I can't run my computer and drive my car at all!! I think this might belong in the pmc section, but it may also not be the pmc itself, mabey it just makes the problem worse?

ive had a similiar problem with my pfc just a short while ago. when your car begins to stumble do u see black smoke coming out the exhaust? if so then you have the same prob as me... all i had to do was remove 5% of the fuel out at that rpm and its been fine. now since i dont have a pmc i dont know if its as easy for you to remove some fuel but good luck

Removing the fuel Is pretty easy. If you have your hand book it will tell you. If you dont then PM me and I'll call you and wee can go through it over the phone. We just have to be care full not to get crazy with it. I'm still learning the tricks to tunning the PMS. I won't claim that Im Peter Farrell with it but.I Bet we could get it straightened out.

Christ I just saw that your in Richmond ..Why don't you just take it to PFS and let them tune you up solid? I plan on taking mine in there very soon.

I downloaded the handbook from the EFI web site. Still reading it. I worked fine last time it was in, about a year ago, and no changes were made. I went back to stock for a little while. I just don't have the $, or time right now to head to DC. Been to Peter before, but not since John left. Mabey I could send it directly to EFI and have them look at it? Here's a pic of the plugs, I also added an extra ground.
