does any onw know where i can get 4 set of these nuts and screws?

i think they are some kind of special bolt's
cause i bought some at autozone and it just sinks in from the iner side

and im thinking if i tighten them tight they will crack or break the bracket. thanks

It's a basic Flange nut find out the size and call around to different hardware stores.
