I looked underneath the UIM and saw a puddle of oil by the fuel and oil injectors. I think it is a failure of my Oil Injectors. My oil injector lines are SS. I was wondering if anything else would be the cause of the issue?

 

Sounds like probably just a an issue with the crush washers for the oil injector nozzles. Did you replace them when you installed the SS lines?

 

Not to sure. My installer should have done it. But that sounds like it would the issue. Do you think any major engine damage had been done?

 

I also suspect the crush washers as the issue. If you are only running the OMP and not using any other pre-lube in your gas tank you are risking premature wear of your rotor housing. I would definitely address the issue ASAP.

 

as far as engine damage - probably not, but you may be a little low on oil, more of a mess than anything else, but you need to address is asap before it gets worse.
