I, one of my friend give me is bumper that came with the FD3S is imported from Japan!

The side skirt have an RE tag on it so we supposed that the front bumper is an RE also but i shearched ans found nothing!

It is from border racing. Very rare in the states, I have the same bumper. A guy on the forum in California destroyed a full kit a couple of years ago, because he refused to ship and nobody local to him would buy it.
