First I would like to say that I have searched and searched and searched some more. I bought a used set of radiator fans and got them today. It appears that someone cut one of the plugs and both fans are wired to one plug. I tried to search to see if this was some kind of mod, but all I could find was treads talking about the fan mod switch. If I use the fans like this which plug from the harness do I plug into? Should I use my old fans plug and run them correctly?

 

That isn't any mod I've ever heard of. I fail to see any benefits to wiring it that way. Both of the radiator fan harness clips are the same. I'd find a way to wire it back the way it should be.

 

Thanks, I can use the plugs from my old fans and make it right. Damn the guy could have told me these fans were all hacked up.
