Please help me get my baby back on the road!

Alright I have been searching the forum and ive found a couple threads with the same problem but no one has posted the solution.
I have a 1993 mazda rx7 type r jdm. Bolt on mods. I stored it for the winter and when i went to start it, it just cranks over but doesnt seem to even want to start.

Ignition: I pulled the plugs out and attached them to the wires and grounded them while i cranked the engine, I got spark. I put new plugs back in.
Fuel: when the key is in the on position i cannot hear the fuel pump prime! however when i crank the engine with the fuel hose off, fuel does pour out.

Does anyone have any suggestions for things to check (sensors, relays, etc.) or for any troubleshooting tips that will help me pin point the problem. Thanks

Jump the "ten" and "gnd' in the diagnostic port and see if that turns the fuel pump on

If your fuel pump is working you might have stuck injectors.

Try this thread: https://www.rx7club.com/3rd-generation-specific-1993-2002-16/how-troubleshoot-your-fuel-system-871361/

And a related thread here : https://www.rx7club.com/3rd-generation-specific-1993-2002-16/car-wont-start-after-winter-project-743900/

F/P and GND turns the pump on at the diagnostics box.

You could potentially have a problem with the b1-04 or b1-03 fuel pump relays
