please help -coolant leak

my engine has been rebiult about a month ago because coolant was filling the expantion tank and leaking they told me it was the o-rings gone.now the same is happening again so my mechanic changed my a.s.tank cap ,he said that was the problem.my problem is that he put a 1.1bar cap the original one was a 0.9 which i already changed 2 weeks ago. someone told me that the 1.1 will cause problems and might crack the radiator or even burn the o-rings.what cap do you guys have on your a.s.t?does anyone know anything about this?please help

You should just replace the ast with a Pettit's unit or eliminate the ast.
