Please help....compression ratio and a/f ratio question

I'm about to purchase a 93 with a streetported new engine that has 3mm seals that has a ratio
of 85psi on the front and 60psi on the trailing rotor. Is this bad? Or just right?
What about an air/fuel ratio of 14:1 ratio.....stoichiometric is 14.7:1? Please help me out.

Thanx in advance
