Make sure the plugs are sparking. A couple months ago my ignition coils went out and the car wouldn't start. I don't think this is what happened to you because my car started running really poorly when the coils were dying but its something to check.

If all else fails, try replacing the coolant temp sensor. If its cold in your area, the car won't start. Has it been hard starting or cranking more to get started since it has been cold?
And like everyone else has said, check for spark, fuel, and all the major relays and fuses.
