Do there Viton coolant seals have a "break" in them that is supposed to be placed over the intake port like the stock inner coolant seal? Or does is not matter?

 

I've tried contacting them on the phone but I don't get an answer

 

also, sencethey are round, do I need to be any extra careful about them not rolling?
