Pilot Bearing=Bushing??
I went to Advance Auto Parts and asked for a pilot bearing and they gave me a what looks liek to be a bushing...I'm guessing its some sort of recall, but I am yet to take off the flywheel, but do I need to replace those bearing holders(little crowns) and just take it all out and slide this one on? Never replaced one before just need a little advice...thanks

Man, that picture sure makes it look bigger than it is, and it's blurry so I am making an assumption that the monkeys at advance really did give you the right part. For stuff like that I call Ray at Malloy Mazda.
Anyhoo, that little sucker goes inside the rear orifice of the eccentric shaft. Getting the old one out can be a pain without the proper Mazda SST (specialty tool). After you remove the old one you lube up the new pilot bearing and insert it in. I use a properly sized deepwell impact socket and a hammer. Also, you should purchase a pilot bearing dust cap as well that goes in after the pilot bearing itself. Last thing, you should not have to take off the flywheel to get at it, just get the tranny out of the way and you're in business. Why are you replacing it anyway? It's typically something done along with a motor rebuild when you are reusing the e-shaft.

So, you don't have to take the flywheel off to get the pilot bearing out..I thought so. Sacker90, are you listening? Also, get the RIGHT bearing otherwise you'll be doing the job again.

I looked at your picture and I THOUGHT I saw needle rollers inside, so it could be the right part.
