Pills or Not

Do some newer turbos already have the built in restrictor orfices in the wastegate actuator and precontrol actuator hose connections and therefore do not require the restrictor pills?

The reason I am asking as my turbos are fairly new from Mazda and I am sure they have small orfice holes at the manifold the hose connect too! But other people say there is no such thing out there!!
