whats the smallest one out? i have a GT42 and i dont thik most of these will fit and rub or hit my turbo

Well there's nothing really to write up, all I really had to do is take an old alternator pulley-brought it to a machinist and he milled it out put 2bearings in it. I then got a stainless rod about 1.3inch long(I don't remember exact measurements)20mm thick, drilled a 8mm hole through it and voila. I add a little brace just in case that bolts onto the water pump, very easy. I also used a 1100 belt, but that depends on your pulley's, I'm using all stock pulleys.

airpump elimination

Dragon performance.co.uk do a air pump elimination pully,I have one fitted and it gives a better contact area than the air pump fitted.Will post up pix
