Picture of the FD3S tool kit.

Hello all.

As i've just received a new oem tool kit for my RX7. I just wanted to hear if anyone would be able to take a picture or two, of the RIGHT side "tool box" with the tools mounted?

The problems is that my car came without the kit in. So i have no clue how to mount it.

Thanks/ Michael

Haha, that's my car .

There's also a spark plug wrench that came on JDM cars, it's thin steel and goes where the lug adapter is. There's also a bar that slots into the socket, that goes into the left-most blank on the tool area that's on the left.

That top part was only in Japanese cars, Mazda didn't want dumb Americans working on their cars .

Funny part is EVERY JDM FD should have come with that little tool kit, and I think I've only seen them for sale like 2-3 times. The tools that come with it are pretty damn bad, though. But, it does get mad cool points.

BTW, the other side just has the jack, jack crank, and wheel chocks. JDM cars are the same there.

If by "dumb Americans" you mean people with large hands, they succeeded.

FL Other Side

The chocks tighten down with the wingnut towards the front of the car.
The jack -- you lower it, put it in and then raise it until it is snug.
Jack handle clips into that little bar along the inside rail. Hope that helps, pictures don't really show much.
