I could care less if some underpaid 6yr old child made the parts, if they are nice and cheap, I like em. Nice car Kevin.

Nice and cheap doesn't last long, but hey, it's your car.

before you start insulting other people, you need to buy a dictionary and and read up on the differences between spelling and grammar.

My bad. Too many Office Space viewings.. jumping to conclusions.. eh, never mind.

ADR wheels should perhaps venture into that, trying to fabricate some prototype square wheel, hell while there at it maybe an octagonal shaped wheel.[/B]
I dunno... If they did octagon they'd be copying off a stop sign..

I don't understand this comment.. But alas, I don't understand much anymore. HOWEVER, I still don't believe that ADR has done anything that 50 manufacturers have done previously.

But to answer your question, YES, replicas for the most part are cheap and devalue someone else's creativity. I suppose imitation is the greatest form of flattery. [/B]
I don't know Chuck either; however I do believe that just because they aren't original doesn't mean they aren't JUST AS GOOD, if not better.

Anyway, I'm done. ..Never was good at winning arguments.

Car looks pretty sick Kev, beautiful job. I love the color, it offsets the CF hood really well.

Well, it seems as if my unpainted CF hood will be getting painted after all. Without my knowledge (while I was working) one of my dumbass local friends was screwing around showing my car to his buddies, and raised my hood. Seems he didnt latch it well, and later when I went to go for a quick drive on an errand to the parts store (still not knowing about any of this) the hood came up.

It busted my windshield and the hood has a few underlying stress cracks in it, but nothing on the surface really. So I will have the body man paint it body color so the cracks don't show. The windshield is being installed today.

And to those that would say "you should have run hood pins with that hood", believe it or not, that was one of the items I was going to look for at the parts store. Along with SS braided hose for a turbo install. Guess I was a day too late.

Lesson learned, don't let your incompetent dickbeater friends screw with your ride when you're not around.

Did you give him a key to your car too? How did he manage to raise the hood?

The car was in the garage, about 40 feet from where I was building an engine. Obviously the car was all open and unlocked. I just wasnt paying much attention to what they were actually doing.

wow, i didnt know this was some sort of a hater thread. . . this kind of CRAP grows old very rapidly. i find that most of the people that say things about other peoples rides looking cheap or something like that dont have HALF the things done to their own car. they dont KNOW how much it costs to do these things. they dont know the time it takes to make things work when youre doing it yourself. these people are making me sick. . . this is why i dont really care anymore to meet up with rx7 owners. . . a lot of em are smartasses and NWAD's.

on to the main subject, kevin. . . i think your car looks very nice. very good looking. makes me wish mine was as complete as yours. . . i just need to pay off some bills and ill be able to do that. . . or just get rid of my fd to someone with a little respect to the car. . . thinking about selling it. . . but afraid to see it again after its out of my hands. :/

HAHA I just thought it was funny that you painted it a honda color, and then called it a honda killer. Looks great though.

LOL everybody seems to be bashing your lights.
And HOW many times do we have to remind people that is NOT a Feed front, and not even a Feed Knockoff, front bumper!

Anyways, I've always thought that bumper to look interesting. It's not ugly, but I've seen FAR worse. Get rid of the lights. You forgot to paint your hood Other than that, I think it's

Why does everyone with a CF hood forget to paint it? I can't wait to get mine so that I can paint it

Exactly what I was trying to describe. I think those rear lights (actually they are reflectors only w/backup lights, no red light comes from them) match the taillights nicely IMHO.

I like it jspecracer7!
