Its going real quick though the next part of getting the radiator in is gonna be fun

what the hell is that metal ducting? was that supposed to come with it or did you make that....mine doesn't have that. i like it. Good luck if you are trying to still keep the AC. Wow was that a pain in the *** to fit back in there with this IC and the radiator. I used a metal bracket that attaches to the top of it and bends around the front of the frame as one of my mounts. Worked really well and the IC is now on of the most sturdy things in the bay.

I bought that duct from fritzflynn, it would cost about 30 bucks to make with a dremel and a drill.
No AC in there anything I didnt need came out.
Also once I get a front lip Im gonna cut that up to flow air up into the duct

I've got the same intercooler. I would most definitely recommend upgrading the stock radiator and do the fan mod. That intercooler blocks alot of airflow to the radiator even at highway speeds. The intercooler is very thick.

friend runs this exact setup with a greddy FMIC which is a 2 row but much larger surface area...
his car NEVER EVER EVER over heats....you cant see the rest cause I dont have a front lip yet.. but with the tray underneath and I will modify the lip to flow air in to the radiator...
Your actually not able to see the underside of the tray. it has a flap that will scoop up air up and run it under the intercooler..
