PFS Intake Fitment Issues

Hey guys my dad and I just purchased another fd recently and the other day noticed that the intake pipes are not fitting properly. The accordian type pipe does not fit very well at the airbox or on the other end. There are no fasteners on either end of the pipe which kinda pissed me off. Seems to me that the fitment problem is mostly due to the Apexi BOV. Its really big and gets in the way of the intake pipe. Anyone else have fitment issues with the PFS intake system? I kind of like the HKS SS BOV... is that any smaller than the Apexi? I guess I can just relocate the BOV but its probly be more trouble than its worth.... Im thinking about putting the stock one back in. Anyone know of a hard pipe kit that will fit the PFS intake system? Tia.
