Pettit Intake: 3rd Filter part #

I recently purchased a used pettit intake and it came w/o the third filter.

Does anyone know the part number for this filter? I want to pick one up at Pep Boys or whatever.

Thx

Yeah thats the one - probably about 2 inches in height - my guess is a straight circular flange but not sure.
