Not all true. There are several guys making 430-500 whp with the PFC with no problems. They also don't have to worry about premix.
Not to mention the Haltech has timing issues.
If you really feel that way, might has well skip everything else and get the Motec. Or try the TEC 3.
Skip the 13B and go right to the 20B.

Ralph at Excessive motorsports was around 530rwhp. With a bigger turbo/more boost they are shooting for 650rwhp on the p-fc.
