Passenger Window Removal?

I have taken the window track guides out, now I need to remove the actual glass.
Problem is the window is all the way down and won't budge with direct 12v or by hand.
So far down that the two bolts that attach to the glass are not able to be reached.

If I unbolt the motor top and bottom, would that allow me to pull the window up far enough to get at the bolts. I'm concerned that if I unbolt the motor I might just be stuck. Seems like if it wasn't attached though, I could pull the glass up by hand to a spot that would expose the bolts -- am I right or am I missing something?

Thanks

I've never tried to do it with the motor not functioning - have you tried applying voltage directly to the motor's plug, bypassing the switch (if it goes the wrong way just reverse the polarity)?

My only advice is once you do get the window unbolted, be very careful extracting it because those sharp metal edges will scratch the glass easily.

Yes, I did try the direct voltage-- won't budge from the bottom position. Plus in the lowermost position, one of the window bolts is up against the motor housing making it unable to take a wrench. I think I'm going to take the speaker out and see if it lets the glass drop below the motor where I might be able to get a wrench on it.
