Passenger side window control Rx7

Passenger side window control Rx7. Need some help with my passenger side window on my 95 Rx7. Will go down but won't go up. I've tried to jump from the battery with no luck. Is there a way to manually raise this window.

The wiring to the motor itself is 2 wires. Hook positive and negative 12v up to the wires to get the motor to move, if you reverse polarity it will reverse direction. That will get it to go up so the car can be secure.

Nine times out of ten power window problems are related to the switches.
