Alright,

I have a brand new dash and a slightly used passenger side airbag. When they are both installed the airbag does not meet the dash flush along the top and there is a gap along the bottom. I don't think this was there before, and I don't know why this would be happening? Could the mounts for the airbag have been bent when the previous airbag was deployed? Is it possible that the dash I have isn't correct for a 94? I don't think a 93 dash would have worked at all because it is not the right shape is it? A body shop is doing all the work and they said that it can only bolt in one way and that is the way they have it bolted in?
