part of the fd family

i bought the rx7 i was asking opinions about 1993.... 85,000 miles all stock except for downpipe....
im looking into gauges (boost, water temp.)...not sure which ones i like yet...
was wondering where everyone buys all there $#!t from.....
for performance and also replacement parts (oem parts)..
need to order drive belt, maybe an oil pan gasket (not sure yet) i have a small leak under the car....
was just going to go to the dealer to order the parts, but i figured there was a web site that was cheaper...i know for my prelude, timing parts were cheaper online....
any help would be great , and im proud to be an owner of an fd
ill also try to get pics up asap...nothing special its stock...

thanks
brad

Brad,

I would suggest that you get your oem parts from Ray Crowe at Malloy Mazda. The # is 1-703-490-8170. He also has a toll free 1-888 number, but I'm not sure what it is. Its very hard to beat his prices and he will usually ship at no cost to you.

If you want to keep a stock look you may want to look at these gauges

Nice car. Welcome.
I'm also close to stock, with just the reliability mods and suspension. For guages I have only water temp and boost and am happy with my DEFI 'D' series guages. VERY close to the stock look both day and night. The only issue is that IIRC, DEFI discontinued one of the guages in that series. Still, I bet you can get them.
Not sure why you would would want fuel pressure on a stock car, and the oil pressure guage works well enough, but the sender can fail occasionally or, in it's position near the oil filter pedestal, the contact gets dirty.

well for oem liek everyone said go to malloy mazda, but for aftermarket go to www.downshiftracing.com they are real cheap. If you contact them for what you need they actually drop the price lower then what is posted.
